Acceptable Use

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, generated output, and how you use or distribute output. Use StudioMock only for lawful, authorized purposes and review output before publication or commercial use.

Rights, identity, and consent

Do not upload, generate, or use material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade-secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not use a real person’s image or likeness without a lawful basis and any consent required for your intended use. Do not impersonate others, create deceptive endorsements, or falsely present synthetic media as authentic.

Abusive or exploitative content

Do not create or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation; nonconsensual intimate imagery; sexual content involving minors; trafficking; credible threats; targeted harassment; hateful abuse; or content that promotes suicide, self-harm, or violence. Apparent violations may be reported to appropriate authorities where legally required.

Fraud and harmful activity

Do not use the Service for fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive commerce, malware, credential theft, evading law enforcement, illegal goods or services, or instructions intended to cause physical or digital harm. Do not use output to make consequential decisions about a person’s employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, or legal access.

Service integrity

Do not bypass access controls or safety measures; probe or disrupt the Service; access another user’s data; automate abusive traffic; reverse engineer except where law permits; resell account access; or manipulate credits, billing, rate limits, or usage measurements.

Enforcement and reporting

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service. Enforcement decisions consider context, severity, repetition, and legal obligations.

Changes

HumbleFoundry LLC may update this Policy as risks, product features, or laws change. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
