Copyright Policy
Effective September 19, 2026
This Policy explains how to report material believed to infringe copyright.
Respect for creative rights
You may upload and generate content only when you have the required rights and permissions. We may remove or disable content and suspend or terminate accounts that infringe intellectual-property rights, including repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Copyright complaint
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a written complaint identifying: the copyrighted work; the material claimed to infringe and enough information for us to locate it; the complaining party’s name, address, telephone number, and email; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act; and a physical or electronic signature.
Where to send a notice
Email contact@studiomock.ai with the subject “Copyright infringement notice,” or mail the notice to Copyright Complaints, HumbleFoundry LLC, 100 E San Marcos Blvd, Suite 400, San Marcos, CA 92069. Incomplete notices may delay our ability to locate or assess material.
Counter-notice
If your content was disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, contact us with identification of the removed material and its prior location; your name, address, and telephone number; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law and acceptance of service from the original claimant; and your signature.
Misrepresentations
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice may create liability. This process is for copyright claims, not trademark, privacy, defamation, or general support requests.
