Terms of Service

Effective October 24, 2026

These Terms govern access to StudioMock’s AI mockup tools, subscriptions, credits, and generated output.

Who we are and agreement to these Terms

StudioMock is operated by HumbleFoundry LLC, located at 100 E San Marcos Blvd, Suite 400, San Marcos, CA 92069 (“HumbleFoundry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and HumbleFoundry LLC and apply to the website, applications, AI mockup tools, subscriptions, credits, and related services we provide (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms.

You may not sell, transfer, or share account access in a way that circumvents plan limits or compromises security.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Before purchase, checkout displays the plan, price, billing frequency, included credits, applicable taxes, and renewal terms. Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing interval at the then-disclosed price until canceled. You expressly authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.

You can cancel online through the billing portal available from your account. If you cannot access the portal, use the immediately available cancellation email. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Additional details appear in our Billing & Cancellation Policy.

Credits, cancellation, and refunds

New free accounts receive 40 nonrenewing starter credits. Previously granted starter balances remain available. Subscription credits refresh monthly, including on annual plans, and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Canceling renewal leaves the current subscription allowance available until its next scheduled reset or the end of the paid term, whichever comes first. Unused subscription credits expire when paid access ends.

One-time credit packs are charged once and do not renew automatically. Purchased pack credits do not expire and remain available after subscription cancellation. Starter and subscription credits are used before purchased pack credits. A refund or payment reversal may remove the corresponding purchased credits.

All credits have no cash value and are nontransferable. The Service shows the credit cost before generation. Generated output is delivered without a StudioMock watermark. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are nonrefundable. If a generation fails because of a Service error and credits were charged, we will restore them where technically confirmed.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in artwork, photographs, prompts, product images, videos, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, modify, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, secure and maintain the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. We do not use private User Content to train general-purpose AI models unless you separately and expressly opt in.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed for your User Content and instructions, including intellectual-property, privacy, and publicity rights. Do not upload confidential information or images of people unless you are authorized to do so.

Output and commercial use

“Output” includes mockups composed by the live editor and images and videos created with an AI generation or remix feature. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of your Output. To the extent we own any rights in Output created specifically for you, we assign those rights to you. You may use downloaded Output for personal or commercial purposes without crediting StudioMock.

StudioMock and its licensors retain ownership of preset photographs, blank product images, masks, surface maps, templates, software, and other Service assets. Your right to use those assets is limited to the finished Output you create through the Service; you may not extract, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or offer any blank preset, template, or underlying asset as a standalone file or competing template.

AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, nonunique, similar to output created for others, or include unintended elements. We do not guarantee that AI-generated Output is copyrightable, registrable, noninfringing, or suitable for a particular use. Video remixing can change people, garments, artwork, scenes, motion and other details; matching a source video or design is not guaranteed. You are responsible for review and for any labels or disclosures required for your use.

Intellectual property and feedback

The Service, software, interface, editable template components, branding, and our content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The commercial Output license above does not transfer ownership of those underlying assets or restrict your ownership of User Content.

If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright Policy.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. We may preserve or disclose information as legally required.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions, will survive.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, or that output will meet your requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability caused by fraud, willful misconduct, or other exclusions required by applicable law.

Indemnity

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you will defend and indemnify HumbleFoundry LLC and its personnel against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your commercial use of output, or your material violation of these Terms or law. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our breach, negligence, or willful misconduct, and does not apply to individual consumers where prohibited by law.

Governing law and disputes

Before filing a claim, please contact contact@studiomock.ai and describe the issue so we can try to resolve it informally. California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in San Diego County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that an eligible claim may be brought in small claims court.

If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of nonwaivable protections or a forum available under the law where you live.

General terms and changes

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale of the Service.

We may update these Terms prospectively. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law and identify its effective date. Changes to subscription price or renewal terms are subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
