Prices and authorization

Checkout shows your selected plan, price, billing interval, included credits, and applicable taxes before you pay. For a subscription, confirming purchase authorizes the displayed automatic-renewal terms and recurring charges. A one-time credit pack is charged once and does not authorize recurring charges.

One-time credit packs

Credit packs are a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Subscription and starter credits are used before purchased credits. Generation costs vary by workflow and settings and are displayed before submission. All presets are accessible while purchased credits remain. Refund requests follow the policy below; any refund or payment reversal may remove the corresponding purchased credits.

Automatic renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually until canceled. The renewal charge is the price disclosed at checkout or a new price communicated in advance as required by law. We will provide any renewal reminders required by applicable law.

How to cancel

Cancel online at any time through the billing portal in your StudioMock account. Cancellation of automatic renewal takes effect without requiring you to contact support or accept a retention offer.

If you cannot access your account, send this preformatted cancellation email. You may also write to HumbleFoundry LLC, 100 E San Marcos Blvd, Suite 400, San Marcos, CA 92069. Include the email address associated with your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not ordinarily end access before the current paid period expires.

Credits and access after cancellation

Plan credits reset on the schedule disclosed for the plan, do not roll over, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Moving, sizing, warping, recoloring, and exporting artwork in the live editor do not consume AI generation credits. Credits are charged only when the Service clearly identifies an AI generation action and displays its cost before submission.

After cancellation, paid access remains available until the end of the current paid term unless your account is suspended for cause. Subscription credits continue to refresh monthly until paid access ends; unused subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the next reset or when paid access ends. Purchased pack credits do not expire and remain available after subscription cancellation.

Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights

Payments are nonrefundable and we do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for unused time or credits, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. If you believe you were charged after timely cancellation, charged more than once, charged incorrectly, or you are exercising a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, use our cancellation or withdrawal channel.

Where applicable, consumers in Brazil and Taiwan may have a seven-day right to withdraw from a qualifying distance contract, subject to local statutory exceptions. We will honor nonwaivable rights and issue required refunds through the original payment method. This policy does not shorten or waive any mandatory local right. See the Regional Notices.

Failed generations and service interruptions

When the Service confirms that a generation failed after credits were deducted, those credits are restored. Credits are not automatically returned merely because you dislike a completed output. For a material, prolonged interruption, we may provide credits or another remedy at our discretion or as required by law.

Changes and records

We provide notice of material subscription changes and price changes as required by law. We retain records of subscription consent and required notices for legally required periods. Stripe processes payment details and provides receipts and billing history through its hosted tools.
