Check the request status
Read the status or error shown in the editor. Generation can take time; avoid repeatedly submitting the same request while one is still running. Check My mockups for completed saved work before starting again.
Report a failed request
If the request fails or your credits look wrong, contact support with the account email, approximate request time, workflow, and visible error. Include a request reference if one is shown. Support can investigate the specific request; do not assume a new submission will resolve a billing issue.
